Sometimes I wonder if choosing the SIMD path would've saved everyone from the headache of figuring out node operations. But hey, where's the fun in that?

Haha, the SIMD route should have been chosen long ago. Still messing around with node operations now is just asking for trouble.

If I had known about SIMD earlier, I wouldn't have had to go through all this trouble... But then again, tinkering is probably the real source of joy in this community.

The SIMD path really isn't that interesting—plenty of people have already done it... On the contrary, it's the detailed pitfalls of node operations that truly reveal a team's capabilities. Clinically speaking, the more convoluted and complex the architecture, the deeper the hidden code risks often are. I recommend regularly reviewing this area.
