Most people who are new to contracts usually hold onto the fantasy of "catching one wave to turn their lives around."

After eight years as a professional trader, I've seen too many stories end the same way—fake breakouts luring people in, going all-in and stubbornly holding until liquidation, and in the end, not even being able to explain where the losses came from.

This market never tests luck. It tests understanding.

Over the years, I've pulled countless all-nighters watching the charts, been slapped in the face repeatedly by choppy markets, and done endless reviews during sudden crashes. Gradually, I've realized one thing: behind price movements lie the direction of funds, macro changes, and technical signals. Figuring these out on your own? You might not even scratch the surface in ten years.

If you want to survive and make money in the contract market, stop acting on gut feelings. Follow people who truly understand the market, get the timing right, control your position sizes, and only then can your capital grow steadily—instead of becoming someone else's ATM.

To put it simply, you can only make real money by following the trend, and you’ll pay fewer tuition fees by following the right people.

Hmm... that's true, but only a minority can actually survive.

Can't even get a foot in the door after ten years? Then blowing up my account in two years must make me a genius.

Eight years of professional trading sounds impressive, but those who really make money never brag on social media.

Honestly, none of the people around me who went all-in with their entire holdings survived more than three months.

It really is comforting to listen to an eight-year veteran, but I still think that last sentence, "follow the right person," hits the hardest... There are just too many people in this market posing as mentors to scam newbies.

Really, going all-in once is miserable enough; I've seen too many cases like this...
