Con artists are constantly impersonating exchange support staff to trick users into surrendering their funds. Here's what you absolutely need to know to stay safe.
Three essential rules to protect yourself:
🔴 Legitimate support teams never initiate direct messages. If someone claiming to be staff DMs you first, they're 100% fake.
🔴 Never reveal passwords, two-factor authentication codes, or any private keys under any circumstances—not even to people you think are official representatives.
🔴 Real support channels are always public and traceable through official platforms. Phishing schemes often use nearly identical usernames or profile pictures to deceive you.
If you suspect a scam attempt, report it immediately through official channels and don't engage with the impostor. Keep your account secure by staying vigilant.

Another anti-scam post... To be honest, several people around me have already fallen for phishing scams, it's really outrageous.

Here we go again with this set? I've seen it before, and yet someone still keeps crashing every day... Truly unpredictable.
