A platform on a certain chain has a DUSD Vault where 10,000 USDT was staked. The original plan was to settle accounts every half month. Let's calculate what the actual annualized return could be. But what happened? Just a few days later, the account directly lost 4 USDT. It's really a bit speechless😅 Is it due to gas fees, slippage, or the mechanism itself? Or does it just take time to see the results? Has anyone experienced stable passive income in such high-yield Vaults? Please share your experience.

High returns = high risk, I experienced it again this time.

Haha, I've fallen into this trap too. The returns from the vault can't even cover the gas fees.

mathematically speaking, you lost 4 USDT on 10k which is... 0.04% in what, three days? statistically insignificant but yeah, the gas + slippage math probably doesn't favor bi-weekly rebalancing ngl. most people don't account for the tx costs eating into that juicy APY they see advertised

Uh, lost it in just a few days? This Vault doesn't look very stable.
