A wave of production halts has recently hit the battery industry supply chain. Multiple lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) manufacturers such as Hunan Yune, Wanrun New Energy, Defang Nano, and Anda Technology have successively announced shutdowns for maintenance, which has stirred the nerves of the entire supply chain.
From the lithium salt side, leading companies like Tianqi Lithium, Huanglong Mining, and Shengxin Lithium Energy are also adjusting their production schedules. Regarding lithium iron phosphate, besides the shutdowns mentioned above, the actions of Hunan Yune, Defang Nano, and Wanrun New Energy are the most closely watched.
The supply side of lithium hexafluorophosphate includes Tianji Co., Duofudu, and Tinci Materials, whose capacity changes directly impact electrolyte supply. Speaking of electrolytes, Huasheng Lithium Battery, Fudi Group, and Xinzhoubang are all布局ing the VC electrolyte track, while EC solvents are mainly dominated by Haike New Source, Shida Shenghua, and Ouke Co., Ltd.
Additionally, thionyl chloride materials are supplied by Kaisen New Materials, Shilong Industrial, and Jinhe Industrial, while the diaphragm sector is dominated by Enjie Co., Cangzhou Mingzhu, and Fosu Technology. The entire industry chain—from upstream raw materials to midstream processing and downstream key components like diaphragms—is covered by this wave of maintenance, which may cause short-term pressure on industry capacity release.

Once again, it's this wave of production halts. The lithium iron phosphate sector really can't sit still anymore; the entire chain is adjusting.

Another wave of production halts, the supply chain is going to get messed up again, isn't it?

Wow, this wave of production stoppages is no joke. It's spreading across the entire supply chain from upstream to downstream. This is a reshuffle.

Are they starting maintenance and shutdowns again? This round of supply chain reshuffling is really happening. The lithium iron phosphate manufacturers are getting a bit anxious.

actually, let me break this down – what we're seeing here is a classic supply shock cascading through the entire value chain. the key variable = production halts × downstream dependency, and ceteris paribus, this creates insane margin pressure across the board.

Another round of capacity competition; these companies really know how to choose the timing.

According to my analysis, is this wave of production stoppages a sign that prices are about to rise again? Wallets should be on alert.

Another wave of production stoppages, huh? Now the battery manufacturers must be going crazy.
