Recently, my mindset has become a bit exhausted from the market wear and tear.
Thinking back to the difficult market conditions two years ago, at least I could still discover airdrop projects and seize some opportunities. Now, I can't find any decent projects — this sense of losing direction is really uncomfortable.
While scrolling through social media, I also noticed a problem: many contents have turned into motivational quotes, with less and less relevance to Web3 itself. Too much noise, too few signals.
Instead of repeatedly worrying, it's better to adjust my mindset first. Recently, I've been finding some balance in simple activities like sunbathing and taking vitamin C.
I want to ask everyone — during periods of market downturn, how do you usually get through it? Do you have any insights to share?

Bro, I feel the same way now. Airdrop projects are really getting worse and worse.
I really can't mine anymore; now they're all trash projects.
Hearing you say that, I also need to supplement some vitamin C. I really need to adjust my mindset.
But on the other hand, the bear market might actually be a good time to lay low.
Just consider it an accumulation period; it's definitely better than getting chopped up by the market every day.

Your change in mindset is quite clear-headed; while others are still chasing airdrops, I've already laid back.

Really, airdrops nowadays are not valuable at all, they're all scam projects.
