#数字资产市场动态 In the summer of 2020, during days of city cycling deliveries, the midday heat made time feel like it was dragging on. During a break, while scrolling on my phone, an article about dollar-cost averaging in Bitcoin caught my eye — the phrase "a day in the crypto world is like a year in the human world" burned into my mind like a hot iron.
At that moment, I thought about my own background. In a linear life, no matter how hard I try, it’s difficult to make rapid breakthroughs; but in the cycle of crypto assets, once the direction is correct, the value of time is completely redefined.
Back then, I knew nothing about market cycles, technical patterns, macro models, or anything like that, but one thought was terrifyingly clear: relying on daily delivery accumulation, it might take half a lifetime to turn things around.
That night, I read the article several times at my rented place. No all-in, no throwing everything in — instead, I set some ironclad rules for myself: only invest idle funds,坚持分批布局, and ensure daily life is unaffected.
While others discussed the thrill of rapid gains, I fixated on the words "dollar-cost averaging" and fell into deep thought. Because its rhythm and style are very much like my past life logic: not seeking to surprise everyone with a sudden rise, but striving to live each step solidly.
Later, I realized that the beauty of dollar-cost averaging in the crypto market isn’t about chasing instant wealth, but about allowing patience and discipline to turn time into your ally during the long-term cycles of assets like $BTC, $ETH, and $ZEC.
Those seemingly ordinary accumulations, over a sufficiently long timeline, often reveal exponential energy.

Dollar-cost averaging is really counter to human nature. When others go all-in, I split my investments; when others chase highs, I wait. It's easy to say but hard to do.
This story is a bit odd. Why should we believe that time is an ally? Maybe I just got lucky and caught the bull market.
I like the route of the delivery guy's comeback—being steady and consistent. The only thing I'm worried about is ending up with losses in the end.
Dollar-cost averaging sounds very stable, but do I really have the patience to stick with it? I just don't have that patience anyway.
In the crypto world, one day feels like a year. This saying is so true—last year I was still losing, but this year I'm already numb.

honestly this whole "time becomes your ally" narrative feels a bit too clean, ngl. like yeah dca works on paper but the path dependency argument here is kinda glossing over how brutal the 2022 bear was for anyone actually doing this. anyway, respect the discipline angle i guess.

Investing regularly in this set, to put it simply, is having some confidence in yourself. Just stick with it.

DCA sounds easy, but sticking to it is too hard. Most people are still thinking about getting rich overnight.
Wait, his way of thinking actually has some merit. Truly patient people are few and far between.
From delivery person to hodler, time really can change everything, provided the direction is correct.
So, that's why retail investors will never make big money, because what they lack isn't opportunity but patience.
I'm a bit touched, but I still think most people will forget after reading this.

The logic of dollar-cost averaging is really amazing—it's boring but ultimately winning big.
If I had known this earlier, I wouldn't have bothered. Maintaining a stable mindset is the key competitive advantage.
Seeing that he started planning in 2020, I wonder how great he's doing now.

Dollar-cost averaging is truly the simplest path to wealth, much more reliable than going all-in.
Compound interest is the magic of time; patience makes you a winner.
Honestly, I was forced to get in at first, but now I’ve become the most steadfast believer.
Stay calm and patient, follow the plan—it's better than anything else.

Dollar-cost averaging really feels like gradually getting richer without having to watch the market every day.
Exactly, time is the biggest leverage.
This story is quite healing, a transformation from a delivery person to a holder.
I also only later understood the core of dollar-cost averaging—while others go all in, I just dollar-cost average.
The flow of time in the crypto world is indeed different; one year can be equivalent to ten years in normal time.
