The path of working in China, to be honest, really has little room for upward mobility.
Most workers' salaries are stuck in the range of 5,000 to 30,000 yuan per month, fluctuating back and forth, unable to break out of this vicious cycle no matter how much they hustle. A few people, leveraging their educational advantages, get into big companies, climb to the director level, with a top monthly income of 30,000 to 50,000 yuan—sounds like a lot, but that's already the ceiling.
You'll find that there's not much fundamental difference between workers. The apparent gap is often just an illusion. A delivery person and an office white-collar worker may have different outward identities, but essentially, both are highly replaceable. Who does a company think of first when laying off staff? Those roles that can be left without affecting operations. You are dispensable—that's the fate of the working system.
Those who have different options are often those who realize this early—either starting a business, investing, or seeking incremental opportunities in new tracks like Web3. They jump out proactively before being replaced. Relying solely on salary to accumulate wealth is too time-consuming.
The system won't change; only your position can be changed.

Hmm... really, the ceiling for working a job is no joke
That's right, but Web3 also depends on timing. Those who entered early are already trapped
The most heartbreaking thing about working a job is its replaceability, that hits the sore spot
A monthly income of 50,000 still called the ceiling? I feel like that's a dream
Starting a business and investing sound easy, but where does the initial capital come from if not blood and tears?
To change your position, you first need capital, brother

The ceiling for part-time work is really high, no negotiations.

Really? Working part-time is just switching to a different place to be exploited again.

That was too harsh, but the truth is the truth.
The employment system is designed this way, and you have to find your own way out.
The phrase "indispensable" reveals how many people's lives are filled with sorrow.
The Web3 crowd really dodged a bullet; waking up early means getting out early.
Is a monthly income of 50,000 the ceiling? It depends on the industry; some positions don't even come close to that.
Instead of waiting to die slowly, it's better to take a shot while you're young, anyway, working for others has no future.
Starting a business is really risky, but lying flat is even riskier, you know.
