The latest progress on the Flow network is here. Validators have reached an agreement on the software upgrade plan, and the network is now entering a critical phase of repair and testing. The current situation is as follows — the network is operating in read-only mode, block production is proceeding normally, but users' regular transaction functions are temporarily halted.

The recovery plan will be carried out in steps, starting with the first phase at 6:00 AM Pacific Time. The focus of this phase is to restore the Cadence environment. It is important to note that accounts affected by the attack will have temporary restrictions. Meanwhile, the EVM environment will remain in read-only mode.

The good news is that over 99.9% of Cadence accounts will regain full functionality, with only the affected accounts requiring additional handling. The entire recovery process is proceeding in an orderly manner, and further phases will continue to be implemented.
