I believe that the founders of a project should be fully accountable to the entire community. Of course, year-end parties and networking events are important, but there are things that need to be done beforehand. In reality, a community isn't built solely on a handful of passionate supporters. It's normal to have members with diverse opinions and questions. Facing these basic facts without turning away from them is what leads to building trust in the project.
