After so many years of futures trading, I have to admit that I am still a bit of a fool😂 especially fond of holding onto losing positions—that bad habit must be broken in the new year.
At this major exchange over the years, my deepest roots are still with BNB futures, making me an old user. Time flies; over 6 years of trading, more than 2000 days have just passed. Honestly, I believe there will be another 6 years, or even longer.
In the past year, my focus has been on BNB and SOL. As an experienced builder, these two ecosystems are indeed the most attractive. However, I still need to reflect on some of my futures trading insights—controlling risk and quitting the gambler’s mindset of holding onto losing positions are the keys to long-term survival.

6 years of holding positions without a blow-up, you must really have some solid mindset, huh

The habit of holding positions really needs to change, or you'll end up being the next victim sooner or later. BNB veterans truly have influence, but I'm just worried that they know and understand, yet when the market situation arises, they still can't resist taking a gamble, haha.

Taking on big trades really easily gets you killed; I’ve learned the hard way after falling into traps. It’s still best to honestly cut losses, brother.

The problem of holding onto positions is really deadly. I've seen many loyal traders get liquidated directly because of this. It's not too late for you to realize this now.

The problem of holding onto orders is really terrible. I am also a victim. A painful lesson, brother.

Over 2000 days in 6 years, real-world data proves that holding onto a position is suicide. When will you finally fix this bad habit, buddy?

The problem of holding onto positions can't really be fixed. I've blown up several times already, but I keep repeating the mistake.
