As I get older, I can't handle large fluctuations. This round of market movement is almost over, and right after the recent calm period for small accounts, I got itchy and opened 3 trades in one go, resulting in a loss of 40,000. I immediately cut losses and took a break to learn my lesson.

Honestly, I've made quite a few mistakes recently, and my mindset still needs polishing. My current idea is that instead of blindly chasing highs, it's better to wait for a solid pullback confirmation and then enter steadily. I'm not aiming for maximum profit, just for longevity.

Taking this opportunity to review and learn more thoroughly. I haven't fully grasped the tools Hype and Aster yet, so today I decided to dive deep into them and strengthen my fundamentals before moving forward.

ah the classic "aged trader discovers humility through liquidation" arc... 4 digits gone in a blink, now suddenly everyone's a patient capitalist. ngl the "just wanna survive" pivot hits different when it comes after the sting. but hey, at least the self-awareness is there — that's literally half the battle in this circus.

Losing 40,000 in one go, the rebound came so quickly that I didn't even have time to react. Mindset is really the hardest thing to cultivate, more difficult than any technical indicator. What can I say, watching others make money makes me itchy, but forget it, it's too painful to talk about. Hype and Aster, right? I'm still exploring too. Once you get a good grasp, share some ideas. As you get older, you should be more stable. I agree with this logic. I got itchy and opened 3 trades that broke my defense, I totally understand that feeling. Reviewing lessons is correct, but don’t get too nervous either. Playing with coins is really a mindset game. Build a solid foundation before jumping in. This approach is good, so you don’t get repeatedly cut. Living long is absolutely right, it’s truly more important than anything else. As people age, they need to realize one thing: chasing highs is always the most亏 (loss-making) trade. I also just recently understood the principle that slow is fast.
