After reviewing a market overview report, the global asset performance in 2025 has been truly spectacular.
The KOSPI in South Korea has increased by over 70%, and the European markets are even more astonishing—Greece, Poland, Czech Republic, and others have all surpassed 50% gains, making them the dark horses of this year's race. Even the A-shares have delivered a return of over 40%, and precious metals like gold and silver are a breeze.
In contrast, the US stock market S&P 500 has only gained 16%, making it the representative of underperforming the market globally. Some analysts lament: "In 2025, finding a market with no growth worldwide is really not easy." This statement precisely reflects the broad asset rally this year—whether stocks, commodities, or emerging markets, almost all have ridden the wave of rising prices.

theoretically speaking, if we map this global rally through a cross-chain interoperability lens... S&P only doing 16% while emerging markets break 50%+ feels like a recursive state verification problem, ngl. the asymmetry here is almost too clean.

The US stocks have only risen 16% and you're still bragging? Laughable. Even small European countries are rubbing it into the ground.

This wave of the US stock market really underperformed, actually ending up at the bottom.

The US stock market really underperformed this time; 16% is nothing. It's better to just lie flat.

70% in Korea? I feel like I lost out. We really can't hold on this time.

Unbelievable, U.S. stocks only rose 16% and are already being called underperformers. Thank goodness the entire world is going crazy with gains.

The US stocks only rose 16%? Haha, that's hilarious. Now they've truly fallen behind the competitors.

The US stocks only rose 16% and that's it? Really getting beaten down.
