BTC has recently shown quite a few movements. The rally repeatedly attempted to break through the 90333 resistance level but failed to hold above it, instead breaking below the upper boundary of the bearish flag pattern and retracting back into the flag. Even more concerning, the neckline was also broken, resulting in a new low, which is not a very optimistic signal.

So, what’s next? If the rebound cannot create a higher high, then a pullback will be risky. Once the low indicated by the white arrow below is broken, BTC may test the support at 89077. If 89077 cannot hold, then look to 88027. Unless the rebound can break through the small high marked by the yellow arrow above, a correction or pullback is almost certain.

In terms of trading strategy, a volume breakout above 90128 could be a long entry. If the price drops below 89426 with volume, avoid chasing short positions on the right side and manage risk carefully.

Looking at different timeframes: if the hourly chart breaks and stabilizes above 90369, the next target zone is between 91392 and 92728; on the 4-hour chart, if 89280 breaks, the next support zones are between 88395 and 87560; on the daily chart, the range from 90799 to 86355 has been oscillating for 41 days, and no one knows how much longer it will continue.

This range is likely forming a bottom. As a time window, from next Monday to Wednesday, observe whether the daily chart can break out of this box. If it does, we can look forward to the target marked by the white arrow. If not, expect continued oscillation within the box, and another 41 days of sideways movement is not impossible.

As long as the daily chart breaks out of the box, it signals a reversal. After such a long consolidation, a direction must be chosen. My inclination is upward.

It's the same old argument about neckline breakdown. Is it really going down this time? I don't think so. Anyway, I didn't chase this wave either. Let's wait and see.

It's been 41 days and I'm still grinding in the box, how torturous it is, and I'll see my fate from Monday to Wednesday next week

It's the same old story, building a bottom, building a bottom. Anyway, I can't tell when it will break out of the range.

Talking about bottoming again? How did you do last time during the bottoming process?

It's the same old number game again; anyway, if you can't break 90333, you're trapped. I think, rather than fixating on this support and resistance, it's better to wait until the time window from Monday to Wednesday to see what happens.

It's been 41 days of fluctuation. How boring is that? I have to bet on the breakout from Monday to Wednesday.
