Once again, I got hit by the market downturn. Watching my account turn red all around, I couldn't hold on and had to cut my losses. Now it's that kind of situation: I know fluctuations are normal, but I still lost to my own mentality. How have your friends all gotten through this wave? Seeking advice😭

If you can't get past the mindset, no matter how strong your skills are, it's useless. I often treat stop-loss orders as a psychological test.

Another round of being cut, this mentality is really incredible... If I had known earlier, I should have closed the candlestick chart.

Mindset is really a battlefield; relying solely on intellect is useless.
---
The worst part was when I cut before the rebound, that was the most decisive moment.
---
Honestly, everyone has gone through it; the key is not to repeat the same mistakes next time.
---
There's nothing wrong with stop-loss; it's better than riding a continuous downtrend, though it feels a bit frustrating.
---
You know that fluctuations are normal, but a slight tremor can wipe it out—this is the daily life of a trader.
---
My approach is to simply not look at the K-line; even if I do, it won't change the outcome, so I might as well do something else.
---
If I can't hold on this time, I will next time; experience is built this way.
---
It's painful to cut when it's red, and even more painful when it's green—an eternal dilemma.

Mindset, you know, it's easy to talk about but really hard to do. Only after being battered by the market naked do you truly understand.

It's okay to cut losses; it's better than holding on... The hardest part is the mental state, I've been through it countless times.

This round really hurts, I've also cut... But the key is whether I can hold back next time and not act.

Mindset really can't be controlled, I feel the same way. I keep telling myself to HODL, but I still get tempted to sell.
