Bitcoin's Coinbase premium has pretty much stabilized now. The discount that was widening between spot prices and exchange-specific quotes appears to be evening out across major platforms. Worth tracking as these arbitrage gaps often signal shifts in buying pressure and market sentiment.

The arbitrage opportunities are shrinking, indicating that the market isn't very promising.

Still watching the spread at 3 a.m... The premium on CB has indeed narrowed, and data shows the volatility has been compressed from the previous 80bp to around 30bp now, and the arbitrage opportunity has disappeared. This is interesting—what does it mean that the liquidity gap has been repaired so quickly? Either the robots have already done their job, or it indicates that market expectations are changing... need to keep monitoring.

The spot premium has evened out... Now there's no more arbitrage opportunity.

Has the premium stabilized? It doesn't mean nothing has changed; it means the whales have been full for a long time.

The arbitrage opportunities are narrowing; this wave of market movement isn't as easy to exploit anymore.
