I've been through it all. A 177% return feels great, but do you know how many PTR holders got trapped at the top afterwards? During that wave in 2018, I saw even more outrageous returns, but in the end, a single contract risk wiped everything out. The project team's ability to hype up the project is truly impressive; I'm just worried that the next sucker to take over might be themselves.
