Not listing specific project names? I've seen this trick too many times—tease the audience first and then sell courses. If there are truly practical applications, can the contract code withstand audits? Have you clarified the permission controls? A bunch of projects can't even prevent basic reentrancy vulnerabilities, so what are you talking about with new architectures?
