U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent recently characterized the current environment as a "golden age" for cryptocurrency—a statement that carries substantial weight in policy circles. This kind of endorsement from a top-tier government official reflects growing political consensus around mainstream digital asset adoption. The implications ripple through the entire market, particularly affecting Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies. When established financial institutions and government figures align on blockchain's legitimacy, it typically signals a shift in how digital assets are perceived at the institutional level. Such momentum could reshape capital flows and regulatory frameworks in ways the industry has been anticipating for years.

Golden age? I think it's the era of cutting leeks haha --- Mainstream endorsements, I've heard this too many times... Only real gold and silver can speak --- Here we go again, let's wait and see if they change their tune --- Institutional entry is a good thing, but retail investors, remember to protect your wallets --- Is this really happening or just hype again? Let's wait and see --- Friendly policies ≠ skyrocketing prices, don't be fooled everyone --- Finally recognized by the authorities, maybe my NFT investments have a chance --- Before talking about the golden age, first clarify the regulatory framework --- The finance minister has spoken, this time it's really happening --- Those who understand, understand. Politicians' words are just to listen to

Now it's officially endorsed, the golden age and all... just listen to it, but we'll have to see what the subsequent policies will be.

ngl the "golden age" framing is doing a lot of heavy lifting here... sufficient validation required before treating treasury endorsement as institutional consensus, tbh. statistically improbable that regulatory shift happens this cleanly without hidden vulnerabilities in the policy framework itself—need to audit the fine print thrice over before trusting the narrative.
