MANTRA launches strategic restructuring, focusing on core competitiveness in the RWA track

【ChainNews】MANTRA co-founder John Patrick Mullin announced recently that the project will initiate a corporate restructuring plan to optimize the team structure. This round of adjustments involves multiple departments including business development, marketing, and human resources, aiming to improve operational efficiency.

Mullin pointed out that the market shocks in mid-last year and ongoing downward pressure have posed significant challenges to the cost structure. He believes that the core goal of this restructuring is to refocus on the RWA (Real World Asset Tokenization) sector, streamline organizational structure to enhance capital utilization efficiency, and ensure the project remains a leader in the highly competitive RWA track.

In the current environment of increased volatility in the crypto market, similar strategic adjustments have become a common choice for many projects. MANTRA’s move reflects a continued market bet on the RWA direction.

Just layoffs, nothing more, and still talking about restructuring... --- RWA is indeed hot, but this round of adjustments feels like it was forced. --- Another project is starting to "optimize," that word is used so smoothly. --- Oh my, trimming down means layoffs. Why do they have to say it so nicely? --- Sticking to the RWA track? I think it's because they have no money left, haha. --- The market has been hammered so hard, everyone has to adjust. It all depends on who lasts longer. --- I always feel like these restructuring announcements are just paving the way for subsequent negative news... --- RWA has to wait for takeoff; the current adjustments are actually a bit alarming. --- Alright, I believe in you guys. We'll see how you perform later. --- With such high cost pressures, it shows that they were burning money quite aggressively in the early stages.

ngl, this is another round of "strategic adjustment"... To put it nicely, it's optimization, but in reality, it's layoffs. Even if RWA becomes popular again, it can't withstand the market pressure. Whether MANTRA can survive this move depends on what happens next.

Laying off employees is called strategic restructuring, but it sounds nicer... However, RWA does have potential; it all depends on whether MANTRA can truly secure its position.

It's the same old trick of cutting costs, sounds very respectable. Is RWA really that popular? Feels like everyone is convinced. Restructuring is just fancy talk for layoffs; when the market is bad, you have to slim down. How long can MANTRA last? Not very optimistic. Streamlining the structure to improve efficiency sounds good, but in reality, it's still a matter of lacking funds.

Layoffs are just layoffs. Why use so many technical terms? How much longer can this RWA game go on? It's restructuring again, and efficiency too. Sounds like they're just shifting the burden. Can MANTRA hold up after this round of adjustments? Streamlining the organization = cutting people? I just want to know the truth.

Another wave of layoffs and restructuring, sounds like a forced choice. Is RWA really that promising? It feels like everyone is betting on it. Saving costs sounds nice, but it’s probably just because they have no money. Streamlining the organization = reducing headcount. We've heard this line so many times. Returning to strategic focus... where did the previous focus go? That’s the question. Most project reorganizations seem to be just to stay alive, and MANTRA is no exception. RWA is a good direction, but does this pace feel a bit too late? Market crash → layoffs → storytelling, this sequence is becoming more and more polished. I wonder if this round of adjustments will affect progress, or if they’ll just keep bragging. Honestly, I’d like to see how many can really survive in the end.

They're starting layoffs again, really... Every time the market is bad, they shrink back. I'm tired of this routine. RWA is indeed popular, but surviving is the real skill, right? How do they cut human capital? It seems like no project can last long doing it this way.
