ZEC has recently caused a big stir. The SEC has notified the Zcash Foundation that enforcement action may be recommended, and this over-two-year investigation has finally come to an end. Once the news broke, the ZEC price soared directly, once reaching $438.44, an increase of over 5%.

However, opinions within the community about the next market trend vary. Some analysts, like Daniel Ramsey, are very optimistic when looking at the charts, pointing out that the current formation of a "bullish pennant" could be a sign of a significant breakout, seemingly hinting at opportunities ahead. But there are also cautious voices; for example, Crypto Tony suggests waiting and not rushing in. He believes a better entry point might be around $290, and to buy after a pullback. Both sides have their reasons, and whether to believe one or the other really depends on individual judgment.

The SEC finally loosened restrictions on ZEC, about time it happened Wait, are we still going for a surge? I think the 290 level is really attractive I'm a bit skeptical about Ramsey's triangle flag pattern... just worried it might be a false alarm again The SEC announcement caused a jump straight to 438? That's a bit exaggerated for this rally It's been over two years, finally it's over, ZEC can breathe a sigh of relief Can it really reach 290? Feels difficult I'm still watching this wave, don't get caught off guard

Is it the same old trick again, if the SEC stops chasing, will it surge wildly? I thought the same last time, and ended up being comfortably trapped at 438, and I’m still lying there. I’ve seen too many triangle flag patterns; it’s exciting when it breaks out, but when it doesn’t, it turns into a meat grinder. I believe Crypto Tony’s logic at the 290 level, but the problem is—can we wait until then? Such rebounds driven by news often come quickly and go just as fast. By the time it drops below 290, investors might chase the high again, leading to another round of heavy losses. I just want to ask one question: how high has the borrowing rate gone during this rebound?

Haha, the SEC finally let ZEC go. These past two years have been exhausting waiting for this. Waiting for 290? That might be until the Year of the Monkey and Horse. Seems like Ramsey was right this time. So should I buy now or wait a bit longer... This is really a tough call. 289 rushes in with a sharp tongue, 438 comes out and regrets it—it's just how it torments people. Listening to old Tony, I haven't missed out, but this time it really feels different.
