Zcash (ZEC) recently followed the overall sector downward, with a single-day decline of up to 7%, currently hovering around $410.01. To be honest, the current trend of this coin looks a bit awkward—breaking through the upward trend line on the 1-hour chart directly, with no buffer at all, feeling like a free fall.

Unlike Monero's steady performance, ZEC has a relatively smaller market cap, which gives the bears strong inertia. Once it breaks below the psychological level of $400, the subsequent retracement space could open even wider. From a technical perspective, continuing to be bearish is a reasonable choice.

If you really want to short ZEC, you can plan as follows:
• Entry price between $410-$415
• Take profit at $406 in the first stage, locking in about 20% profit
• The second target can be set at $385

• Stop loss placed at $432, where there is resistance

In simple terms, ZEC is now seeking a bottom washout, and the bears still have stories to tell.
ZEC-0,7%

ZEC this time really couldn't hold up, dropping straight into free fall... The bearish logic is indeed solid.

ZEC this wave indeed took a pretty heavy hit, but I still can't quite see where the bottom is. The bearish story is well told, but it feels like once these small coins rebound, they can be surprisingly destructive.

zec this wave really dragged down, I knew something was going to happen the moment it broke through the trend line... the bears can still keep the story going

Damn, it's ZEC again. This broken coin is really free-falling without any discussion. I'm tired of the bearish stories, but the key is whether you dare to buy the dip. I think those who shorted at 410 are just waiting to get trapped; this coin is too slippery. Can the $400 level hold? Honestly, I don't believe it. $385 as the bottom? I bet five cents it will rebound to 420 again.

Damn, ZEC is falling again... This bear market is ruthless, falling faster than free fall --- If 400 can't break, I won't believe it. Feels like it can still drop further --- Oh my god, falling with the trend? That's why I already went into XMR early --- Shorting is profitable, but I'm afraid of a rebound and getting hit in the face after entering. This coin's psychological barrier is too addictive --- Feeling okay with shorting at 410, but setting stop-loss at 432 is a bit far --- Stop hyping ZEC, small market cap is the original sin. The whales can do whatever they want --- Only 7%? I thought it would be cut in half. I'm used to ZEC's crazy moves --- Bottom cleaning... just listen, don't really buy into this rhetoric --- This round was indeed embarrassing, but a dip to 400 might still have a rebound opportunity. No need to short it to death --- XMR is not stable at all, it’s falling just like ZEC, just more miserable

ZEC is really disappointing; it just free-falls and hits rock bottom at 400, with no end in sight. There’s still a chance to short this wave, but the 400 level is too heartbreaking. Why is Monero so resistant to falling? The contrast is too obvious. The short story is well told, but whether it can really hold below 400 remains to be seen.
