The market has been stuck lately, neither rising nor falling significantly. The news is overwhelming, but after listening to it all, it doesn't seem like a turning point. This kind of stalemate phase is the easiest to make people doubt themselves: Did I miss some key information? Did I choose the wrong direction? Honestly, after going through several complete bull and bear cycles, I have learned to embrace this quietness. Because I am increasingly convinced that every meaningful change is never initiated during the market's most lively and loudest moments. True turning points are usually very silent, and sometimes even a bit boring. Right now, I care less about chasing every piece of news, and more about not exhausting my patience during these times. Those who can withstand the consolidation phase are often the ultimate winners.

The consolidation period truly tests your mindset. Those who chase news every day are actually more likely to get caught off guard later.

During consolidation periods, the biggest fear is collapsing first oneself. Mindset is really more important than choosing coins.

This is a test of your mindset. No matter how many messages you receive, it's all useless; the key is to endure.
