Recently, a trading platform launched a weekly points system. After experiencing the pitfalls firsthand, I want to share some real observations.
First, the conclusion: trading volume thresholds are indeed a hard indicator. You need to reach at least 1 million to get into the Bronze level, which is a basic requirement.
A comparison between two accounts can clearly reveal the issue. The operational logic of Account A and Account B is basically the same, with the only difference being the position size—
Account A: Weekly trading volume of 1 million, weekly profit of 500 USD, finally scored 7 points
Account B: Weekly trading volume did not meet the threshold, weekly profit of 5000 USD, but only received 0.87 points
This comparison is quite eye-opening. Account B's absolute profit far exceeds that of Account A, but because it didn't meet the trading volume requirement, the points reward was directly crushed. It seems that the points calculation logic not only considers profit but also places significant emphasis on trading activity.

Damn, isn't this just encouraging us to spam orders? No matter how high the returns are, it's all useless...

Boosting the numbers to earn points, this trick is really clever. Losing money to earn points, huh?

This platform really prioritizes trading volume over earnings, which is a bit outrageous.

Boosting views to be the king, but making money is actually useless. This platform's logic is truly brilliant.
