Yesterday's market movements highlight what we already know: the crypto space moves at breakneck speed, and only those nimble enough to pivot survive the shifts.
With the InfoFi narrative fading, we're seeing a clear pivot in how projects approach promotion. Expect marketing to cycle back to fundamentals—less hype around experimental concepts, more focus on proven strategies that actually drive adoption and community building. The wild experimentation phase is cooling, and that means teams will double down on what works rather than chasing every shiny new narrative.

I've heard this kind of "return to fundamentals" argument too many times. And what happened? Next month, a new concept emerges, and project teams still follow the trend.

To be honest, the hype around infifi should indeed cool down at this point, and it's outrageous how many projects are just jumping on the bandwagon. Returning to fundamentals is actually a good thing, saving us from projects that keep hyping new narratives only to run away after the hype fades.

just like mile 20 of the marathon, watching narratives collapse is where the real runners separate from the sprinters. fundamentals always win the long game.

Basically, it's still the same point: the crypto world is a game of rapid iteration. Projects that respond slowly should have been eliminated long ago. After InfoFi cools down, let's see who is still making up stories. In the end, those who survive will definitely be the ones who work diligently and steadily.

Uh, it's another round of the same old trick of cutting leeks and changing faces. When InfoFi cools down, project teams start pretending to talk about "returning to fundamentals." Wake up, everyone, this is just old Ma recognizing the way, a trick of changing the soup but not the medicine.
