The UX challenges in the crypto industry are often not solved by piling on new features. On the contrary— the true solution lies in removing the steps that users don't actually need. This "user intent-centered" approach rather than "interface design-centered" thinking is the secret to many products maintaining long-term vitality. Simplifying processes, reducing cognitive load, and returning interactions to their essence— in an era overwhelmed by complexity, the design philosophy of less is more becomes especially valuable.

Removing features is a hundred times harder than adding them... That's true, but how many products in the industry really dare to do that? Most still just keep piling on features.

Damn, you're right. Now crypto apps have dozens of menus, and users can't find the features they want at all.

That's right. Now a bunch of projects just focus on adding features, but users can't even learn the basic operations.

That's so true. Web3 right now has this problem—tons of features piled up there, but no one uses them.

That's so true, I really couldn't agree more. I complain every day about the crypto products being full of flashy features that users can't even use, while the most basic operations are overly complicated.
