I attended a roundtable discussion on women's development in the Web3 space and gained a lot. The organizers invited several women entrepreneurs and practitioners who have been working on the front lines of Web3 for many years to share their stories and insights.
What moved me the most was one person's perspective — women actually have unique advantages in the Web3 ecosystem. Many people think that this field has high barriers to entry and fierce competition, but in reality, female participants often bring different perspectives. Their patience and attention to detail in project incubation, community management, risk control, and other areas often become key factors for project success.
This conversation made me re-recognize the inclusiveness of the Web3 industry. In this rapidly evolving and opportunity-filled ecosystem, more and more women entrepreneurs are writing their own stories.

Haha, attention to detail can indeed be a lifesaver. I've seen many projects fail because of overlooked details, and female professionals really excel in this aspect.

ngl if you look at the data, risk management really does correlate with better tvl retention... but "unique perspective" is kinda vague tbh. actually curious what the sustainable returns metrics looked like for their projects tho
