Initially known as Clovis Community Bank, it is a California-chartered bank that underwent corporate restructuring. During the restructuring, the bank became a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, and its shareholders also became shareholders of the company. The company is registered under the amended Bank Holding Company Act of 1956 and is regulated by the Board of Governors and the Federal Reserve. The company’s primary business is providing financial services through its banking subsidiary in key markets in California. It serves Fresno County, Madera County, Sacramento County, San Joaquin County, Merced County, Stanislaus County, and surrounding areas. Besides operating its bank, the company currently has no other business activities.
