Wake up early or go to bed early. 3. Mandatory alone time, reading or listening to books during commuting. 4. Regularly clean the room. 5. Curious and willing to try new things. Energy management is a lifelong subject, related to sleep, emotions, life, and relationships. No one is perfect. Some like to describe this stage as "awakening," but I think it's just enlightenment—"starting to do" to "doing," more like: the journey of a hundred miles is half completed at ninety.
