A friend called me because she wanted to ask about a rooftop bar she’d seen me post about several times in the past. She also suggested we meet up, saying she’d missed me, and asked if I came to the city center often.

I told her that I visit the city regularly and don’t work office hours, so she could let me know whenever she was available.
She then proposed meeting at a restaurant near her office during her lunch break.
I joked back.. “It’ll take me at least 1 to 1.5 hours to get through Bangkok’s traffic jams, so I’m not meeting you for just one hour unless you’re a top celebrity or superstar. Clear your schedule and make time after work or on the weekend instead.”
