Here's a recommended recipe for hot mulled wine, truly delicious enough to break through the sky,

Base wine: I recommend choosing Kracher's late harvest sweet red or late harvest rosé from Austria. It has weak tannins, rich in berry and floral aromas, especially enhancing the flavor.
Fruit selection: 2 bottles of wine correspond to 1 orange (unpeeled), 1 crispy apple, half a lemon for juice, 10 strawberries, 10 cherries.
Spices: 1 bay leaf, 1 star anise, half a cinnamon stick (whether to include spices depends on personal preference; you can add or omit).
This hot mulled wine, once tried, will make you look down on restaurant versions outside, and everyone who tastes it will say it's great.
The most important part of this method is the wine—be sure to choose Kracher's sweet red or sweet rosé.
