I've been doing a lot of cardio and weight lifting over the last 2 weeks... Thus, the amount of calories I need daily has increased...


I was eating ~3,000 calories a day while getting 150g of protein daily. That was enough for me while having a not very active lifestyle, lifting 3 times per week, and trying to bulk... 💪
So I came up with the idea of blending 400ml of milk, 30g of whey protein, 1-2 bananas, 60g of oat flakes, and ~40g of peanut butter.
With 2 bananas, it's a shake with ~1,000 kcal.
I've been enjoying it lately and recommend it to everyone who is bulking.
