- You slowly stop owning “normal outfits”, it’s hoodies, and pump covers everywhere
- Laundry becomes a daily side quest because your S tier gym fits need to be ready for tomorrow
- Carrying a water bottle everywhere 24/7
- Creatine, electrolytes, shaker cup
- Social plans are scheduled around training days, not the other way around
- Eating 4 times a day
- 8 hours of sleep
- Rest days feel illegal and you don’t know what to do with yourself
- Mood genuinely depends on whether you trained that day or not
