The Brazilian Trade and Industry Agency (CAMEX) issued Resolution GECEX 861 on February 20, exempting import taxes on certain high-performance SHA-256 ASIC Bitcoin chips (>200 TH/s and <20 J/TH) until January 31, 2028.
Not all mining hardware is tax-exempt, only top-tier high-performance devices.
