According to Mars Finance, market sources report that the UK Companies House has taken action to strike off entities such as the cryptocurrency exchange Zedxion Exchange Ltd, which are subject to U.S. sanctions and linked to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Zedxion has been listed on the U.S. sanctions list due to its association with another sanctioned individual, Babak Zanjani, and the IRGC. The UK Companies House has posted a notice on Zedxion’s official registration page stating: “The Registrar intends to, or has already, taken steps to remove this company from the register under Section 1002A of the Companies Act 2006. This action relates to misleading, false, or deceptive information or statements in the company registration application.”
