# Daily Plan for Different Trading Styles

- Trade only during the 08:30-10:00 and 20:00-22:00 golden time slots

- Only take long positions, avoid short positions, enforce strict stop-loss, take profits when appropriate

## 2. Aggressive Type (Experienced/Primarily High Returns)

- Cover the golden time slots plus cautious periods, trade with light positions for trial and error

- Operate in both directions (long and short), implement strict risk management, avoid holding positions overnight, avoid averaging down

## 3. Contract High-Frequency Type

- Trade only on 1-minute or 5-minute ultra-short timeframes, based on moving average golden cross/death cross signals, quick in and out

- Keep individual position sizes below 2%, prioritize control of transaction fees
