According to market information released by ChainCatcher, Focus AI has completed the acquisition of Busan Digital Asset Exchange, solidifying its role as the largest shareholder with 40.61% of the shares. The platform enables digital trading of 23 different physical assets for 23 hours a day, including high-value commodities such as gold, silver, and platinum. This business model benefits from strong regulatory support: the KDX consortium, of which the platform is a part, recently received the first preliminary approval from the Korea Financial Services Commission (FSC) to operate as an OTC trading broker for STOs (Security Token Offerings).
