Pakistan Actively Mediating US-Iran Negotiations, Army Chief in Phone Call with Trump

Mars Finance News, March 24 — According to sources, Pakistan is actively working to facilitate mediation talks to end the military actions by the United States and Israel against Iran. Pakistan Army Chief General Asim Munir spoke with Trump on Monday to seek a resolution to the conflict. One source said Pakistan is positioning Islamabad as one of the locations for the talks. The source also mentioned that Trump’s special envoy, Steve Wietkoff, is playing a key role in the negotiations.
