Most people consider consistency to be a simple checklist — show up, post something, and move on. I used to think the same way. As long as I was “doing that,” I believed I was making progress. But this challenge gradually changed my perspective. I started to realize that true consistency isn’t mechanical — it’s highly emotional and mental.

There is a version of consistency that looks good from the outside. You regularly post, stay visible, and everything seems to go according to plan. But internally, it’s a completely different experience. Some days, everything flows. Ideas feel natural, words come easily, and you feel confident about what you share. On those days, consistency feels effortless — almost automatic.
