Another investigation has been added to the research into the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto, the anonymous founder of the crypto world. While linguistic analyses point to British cryptographer Adam Back, Back has categorically denied the claims.

The newspaper claimed that British cryptographer Adam Back is the strongest candidate. However, it is reported that neither the analyses nor Back’s statements are enough to confirm the claim with certainty.

LINGUISTIC ANALYSIS
In a stylometric analysis conducted by linguist Florian Cafiero, it was reported that Back is the person whose writing style is closest to Satoshi’s in the Bitcoin white paper. The analysis also reported that similarities were found between Back and Satoshi in terms of technical concepts, writing mistakes, and terminology. However, it was noted that these results are “not definitive.” Back, an important figure in the early Bitcoin ecosystem and the inventor of the Hashcash system, denies the allegations.

THE VEIL OF MYSTERY HAS NOT BEEN LIFTED YET
In an interview in El Salvador, Back, who repeatedly said that he is not Satoshi, did not respond to the analysis results. The crypto community also did not respond to the news. Experts said that such speculative claims could put a real person in the crosshairs.

Despite the findings, the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto is not known for sure. While analyses and assumptions are being debated, the mystery surrounding the founder of Bitcoin has not been unveiled once again.
