This is the first half of the fourth phase I have planned, and it hasn't finished yet. The second half will become clearer around next Wednesday to see if there is a second half.
The first half has broken through the daily moving average resistance and stabilized.
The meaning of the second half is the start of a small spring rally.
Currently, the Nasdaq futures need to hover and stabilize around this level; they can't drop. The main issue is that the price is moving too fast, and the moving averages haven't caught up.
