On April 10, World announced that starting from April 10, 2026, the total supply of WLD will be 10 billion, of which 4.9 billion ( or 49%) have been unlocked, with approximately 3.3 billion in circulation.

On the launch date, July 24, 2023, 500 million WLD were unlocked from the World Community distribution.
The remaining 9.5 billion will enter a continuous daily linear unlocking mechanism, which will ultimately unlock all tokens 15 years after launch.
Due to the locking mechanism, the unlocking rate of different tokens will automatically decrease starting from July 24, 2026:
• Community tokens: the unlocking rate will decrease by 50%, from 3.2 million per day to 1.6 million, executed according to an unchangeable smart contract on the blockchain.
• TFH investor and team tokens: the unlocking rate will decrease by 32%, from 1.9 million per day to 1.3 million.
Overall, the total unlocking rate of all tokens will decrease by 43%, from approximately 5.1 million per day to about 2.9 million WLD.
