Sora Ventures and its subsidiaries have taken over the board of directors of BTC company HK Asia Holdings in Hong Kong starting from February 12, 2025, marking a transition from shareholding to direct management. The new board of directors includes twelve directors, such as David Bailey and John Riggins from BTC Inc., Jason Fang from Sora Ventures, etc. The board of directors has committees for audit, compensation, nomination, and ESG, covering core management functions.
