Here's a simple breakdown of the long-term outlook for next week: double top formation continues to signal bearish sentiment, targeting 63000.
Looking back at this week, since the early-week dip to 65500, the bulls have been mounting a strong counterattack. Although there have been slight pullbacks, under the strong momentum, all dips have been absorbed as fuel. While this week was predominantly bullish, we encountered significant resistance from above, unable to break through effectively, making it difficult to open up upside space.
On the daily chart, bulls are advancing with small incremental steps, fluctuating between the middle and upper Bollinger bands after breaking through the middle band. Although Friday's strong pin bar pierced the short-term resistance, the 74000 pressure from earlier periods is quite evident. If this level doesn't break, it will form a double top pattern, which would lead to another significant drop in Bitcoin.
Next week, the key focus is on the 74000 resistance. If it doesn't break, it's bearish. Here's the recommendation: short Bitcoin in the 73000-74000 rebound zone, initial position 3%, add on a break above 75000, protect at 76000, target 66000-63000.
