Gate News Nachrichten, 3. März 28, das an der Nasdaq gelistete Solana-Finanzunternehmen Artelo Biosciences gab bekannt, dass es durch eine Privatplatzierung Kapital beschaffen wird. Das Unternehmen wird 3.188.407 Stammaktien zu einem Preis von 3,45 USD pro Aktie verkaufen und insgesamt 11 Millionen USD einwerben. Darüber hinaus wird das Unternehmen auch bis zu 6.376.814 Stammaktien-Warrants zu einem Preis von 3,20 USD pro Aktie verkaufen; sollte der gesamte Warrants in bar ausgeübt werden, wird die endgültige Kapitalbeschaffung insgesamt etwa 20,4 Millionen USD betragen. Der Abschluss der Transaktion wird voraussichtlich um den 30. März erfolgen. Laut Daten von StrategicSolanaReserve hält Artelo derzeit 45.883 SOL.
