Jin10 reported on May 6 that Ms. Dai Zuyu, one of the actual controllers of the company, recently passed away due to illness. Ms. Dai Zuyu held 93.7905 million shares of the company, accounting for 22.86% of the company’s total share capital. The company will fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner based on the progress of subsequent matters. Ms. Dai Zuyu did not serve as a director, supervisor, or senior management personnel of the company, and her passing will not affect the company’s production and operation.
