Jin10 data, July 11 - The International Energy Agency (IEA) stated in its monthly report that Russia’s exports of crude oil and petroleum products continue to deteriorate, raising doubts about the country’s ability to support its production capacity. The IEA noted, “In June, Russia’s crude oil and refined oil production remained at an unusually weak level, at a seasonal low for the past five years.” The IEA added that flows have been deteriorating for most of 2024 and 2025. The agency indicated that this “raises questions about Russia’s ability to maintain its upstream production capacity.” According to IEA data, last month, Russia’s daily crude oil loadings stabilized at 4.68 million barrels, while refined oil daily exports decreased by 110,000 barrels to 2.55 million barrels.
