Binjiang Group: A cash dividend of 0.82 yuan per 10 shares (tax included)
Jin10 data reported on July 30 that Binhai Group announced a cash dividend of 0.82 RMB per 10 shares (including tax) to all shareholders based on a total share capital of 3,111,443,890 shares as of December 31, 2024. There will be no bonus shares or capital increase. The remaining undistributed profits will be carried forward to future years. If there is a change in the company’s total share capital when the dividend distribution plan is implemented, the distribution ratio will be adjusted according to the principle of maintaining the total distribution amount unchanged. The record date for this equity distribution is August 6, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is August 7, 2025.
