Poland warns that funding for Starlink in Ukraine may be interrupted due to presidential veto.

Jin10 data reported on August 25, the Polish government warned on Monday that the country would be unable to continue paying for the Starlink satellite internet system costs for Ukraine, as the new president unexpectedly vetoed a bill to extend assistance to Ukrainian residents within its borders. The bill was originally planned to extend the assistance program set to expire on September 30, which includes about 25,000 Starlink terminal devices funded by Poland since the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict in 2022. Polish President Nawrocki stated that a new bill would be proposed, which would include stricter standards for assistance to Ukrainian immigrants.
