Guangwei Composite: Four executives plan to reduce their holdings by 0.0546%

Jin10 reported on October 20 that Guangwei Composites announced that company directors Zhang Yueyi, Duan Zhangbing, and senior management personnel Xiong Shijun and Wang Zhuangzhi together hold 1,880,900 shares, accounting for 0.2280% of the total share capital after excluding the shares held in the repurchase special account. They plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 450,800 shares, accounting for 0.0546%, through Block Trading and Bidding methods within three months after fifteen trading days from the announcement date. Among them, Zhang Yueyi intends to reduce 48,000 shares, Duan Zhangbing 82,787 shares, Xiong Shijun 280,000 shares, and Wang Zhuangzhi 40,000 shares.
